Games Workshop Group, the renowned British miniature-wargaming company, has announced its optimistic projections for the first half of fiscal 2024. For the period ending on November 26, the company expects a pretax profit of no less than £94 million ($118.1 million), exceeding the previous year's figure of £83.6 million.

In terms of core revenue, Games Workshop anticipates a minimum of £235 million, showcasing a growth trend compared to the prior-year period's £212.3 million. However, the company foresees a decline in licensing revenue, expecting it to be around £12 million, as opposed to the previous figure of £14.3 million.

Additionally, Games Workshop projects its core operating profit to reach at least £82 million, reflecting an improvement from the previous year's £70.7 million. Nevertheless, licensing operating profit is expected to decrease slightly to £11 million, down from £12.9 million.

During this period, Games Workshop also elevated its dividend payments to 195 pence per share, up from 165 pence.

Games Workshop will release its comprehensive half-year report on January 9.
